Alan Gilbert Leads the New York Philharmonic in Premieres from Anderson, Matheson and Yim

Hear three exclusive Web casts of the New York Philharmonic, Music Director Alan Gilbert and Composer-in-Residence Magnus Lindberg’s refreshing series, CONTACT!, devoted to New Music, world premiere performances, intimate venues and young, emerging composers. In two concerts held at the Metropolitan Museum and Symphony Space, respectively, Alan Gilbert lead a New Music squad in premiere performances from James Matheson, Julian Anderson and Jay Alan Yim.
